Interesting... I was supposed to sign in to post at our caregroup blog.. how did that lead here? haha.. well, I've wanted to start a blog for sometime now.. never begun. Guess God lead me here. :)

Named this blog StAr sHiNe... a ReaSon fOr liVing. A little philosophical you may think? hehe.. a few reasons:
1) I love stars... enjoy the mysterious and magical feeling they give, and the reminder of how small we are in the midst of such a huge universe (when you look at a night sky full of stars).
2) my nick is nottistar. Since uni days when i used this nick in my school dj project, i've somehow grown into it.. hehe. Quite representative of me, playful... cute... (hey why are you puking? it's true! i'm a natural.. hahaha), and yeah, once again, i like stars.
3) I hope to live out the passage in the Bible labelled "Shining as Stars"- Phil 2:12-18. To shine like a star for Jesus wherever I am.
4) The part of "Reason for Living" came somehow.. as i feel many of us are searching for this reason, a purpose in our life. I've found that reason in Jesus and hope that God may use me to help others find this reason as well. :) Just like in the song I love.. "We were the reason".
